I've lived in Roswell almost my entire life, and I can tell you it's an incredible place to live. In this episode, I'm going to give you my top 10 reasons why Roswell is unique and needs to be on your list.

Top 10 Reasons Roswell, GA Is A Great Place To Live

1. The Great Shools
   Roswell offers some of the best private and public schools in the state. Not all of Atlanta has good schools, which is why most people look to the northern suburbs where the school systems are the best.
2. Natural Beauty, Parks, Recreation, and Youth Sports
   Roswell is known for owning and protecting land and preserving its tree canopy. Being on the north side of Atlanta, at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, gives us the rolling hills topography. Roswell offers 22 public parks, over 900 acres, parks and green space, offering many options for outdoor activities. 3. The Location in Atlanta
   As you may know, Atlanta has traffic. Most families look to the suburbs outside the 285 Perimeter because of the great schools. However, Roswell is unique in its location, being an amazing suburb, but not too far from downtown, with a commute time of

   Being an active trail runner and hiker myself, this is huge. Roswell offers some of the most abundant and natural multi-use walking and hiking trails in the city.

   If you're a foodie and enjoy a good mix of restaurants, Roswell is perfect for you. Canton Street is renowned for its culinary scene and has been awarded the best street in Georgia.
9. The History

    In Atlanta, most of the wealth has gone north up to 400 corridor. You will notice four out of our top five suburbs are in this direction due to its affluence, safety and good schools.
